Welcome to IHSG 2025!
On behalf of the International Herbage Seed Group (IHSG), TSIG are proud to be hosting the 12th International Herbage Seed Group Conference in Launceston, Tasmania in November 2025.
This biennial conference shares the latest research developments in pasture (herbage) seed research, and is a great chance to meet local and international growers, seed production researchers, agronomists and seed company representatives.
Following the conference, delegates are invited to attend a post-conference tour from 20-22 November 2025, to visit key seed production areas in Southern Mainland Australia.

Conference Delegates
Round 1 ticket registration is open until 1 August 2025. Book today and save $200 per ticket! Round 2 ticket sales open 2 August and close 1 September 2025.
Post-Conference Tour
**Post-Conference Tour tickets are only available until 1 August**
Due to booking requirements for the Spirit of Tasmania, tickets for the Post-Conference Tour through Victoria and southern New South Wales must be purchased by 1st August 2025. Post-conference tour tickets are limited to 100 places and are available until sold out. To avoid missing out, book your tickets here today!
Accompanying Persons Tour
Everyone accompanying Conference Delegates to Tasmania are invited to join the Accompanying Persons Tour. Spend the day being guided around local attractions in northern Tasmania, before joining up with Delegates for dinner. Book your ticket here.
Growers Day
Wednesday 19 November is Growers Day! Discounted tickets will be available to Tasmanian farmers and farmers involved in pasture seed production. The day will focus on practical applied agronomy and Tasmanian crops. Tickets prices will be reduced for the day and will be on sale closer to the date.
